Friends can also take form in motivational pictures or posters that remind you during your moments of weakness why you started dieting and living healthy in the first place.

Dieting shouldn’t have to be a grueling process. You don’t need to starve or deprive yourself of the foods you love. Fitness and health are all about discipline and making the right choices.
